Default Refund Policy

At Statewide Courier Management LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional delivery services. Due to the nature of time-sensitive deliveries, all courier service fees are considered final once the service has been initiated.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • If your delivery was not completed due to our error or failure, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the client, inaccessible delivery locations, or acts beyond our control (e.g. weather or traffic disruptions).
